Hi !!
I am trying to configure OTRS with my gmail account for incoming and outgoing E-mails, but its returning an error. For this i am following the linkhttp://wiki.otrs.org/index.php?title=Co ... with_Gmail but still when i press X in Run Now! column, i am getting an error. please suggest how this can be worked out.

What error?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

When i try sending e-mail from my G-mail Account, the mssg is sent successfully, whereas it is not fetched in the OTRS. The Error Mssg Reads 'The g-mail account is invalid" . Similarly when i tried sending mail to my G-mail Account from OTRS, the error mssg reads " the G-mail Account is Invalid" .

Hi All !! 
This was happening b'cas the cron services were not activated in my system. Once after activating "cron Services" i could finally configure OTRS with my G-mail Account.
