Hi there.
U have installed otrs v 2.0.4 and need to upgrade it . Im using a Linux server and Oracle Db. I read that upgrades start at 2.1.x, so any help?
Can I install just one module at a time? Which file must I download?

My company use the OTRS 2.0.4, and we need make the UPDATE. If we make the update our setting are the same or the access profile, email group and the history of call will disappear ?
This new otrs 3.0.5 support XGB? And the base support a lot of call?
