Hi,
I cant get Apache2.2 services to start up, it says "Windows could not start the Apache 2.2 on Local Computer. For more information, review the system Event log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 1."
When I go through the event log, i find the first instance showing:
1. "The Apache2.2 service entered the stopped state"
2. "The Apache2.2 service terminated with service-specific error (0x1)"
I've restarted my server and made sure that there isn't any AV program causing problems.

Re: OTRS is DEAD..
Apache is dead. It could be because it's not starting because IIS (or something else on port 80) conflicts with it.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Re: OTRS is DEAD..
Thanks for quick reply..
I've checked the machine doesn't run IIS, I also thought of that.
I've check the ERROR.txt file.. the last few entries complain about a log.rm file thats missing.. why would it be missing?

Re: OTRS is DEAD..
The problem was indeed the fact the LOG.PM file wasn't there, i installed on another machine and copied the file to my system. IT'S WORKING AGAIN!!
I wonder how that file could have gone missing?
Anyway, thanks for the speedy response!
