I am in the process of diverting an email inbox from Outlook over to OTRS. I have actually created a mirror account to the main inbox so that the group I am working with can run OTRS in parallel until they get the hang of using the ticketing system. I know that when I change the inbox to begin filtering into the OTRS system, everything in the email box will move straight into system as open tickets. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this and if there was a way to set the system to only fetch emails starting at a certain date. That way I could have a definite starting point for using the OTRS system and wouldn't have tons of open tickets sitting in the system.

Delete them/archive them in outlook to a pst, first?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
