Hi folks, i'm trying to found a way to obtain the tickets created by day.
Also i need that appears the Client of the ticket and the Issue at the same time, so that i'm trying to get is something like this:
Ticket Number ||||| Client|||| Issue
000001245 ||||Sr. Tenacious D. |||| Network Problems....
is there a way to get an inform in otrs with this information? i'll appreciate any information about it.

I guess you can do this very simple by using the "ticket search" (there should be an option "ticket created" that you can set to "within the last 1 day"), don't you?
