Hi,
I am encountering a problem with the response email format.
I have created several responses and when I use them, the email received is including the question of the client BEFORE my response message.
Is there a way where I can change the format and the response email will include:
- salutation
- my response message
- client's question
- signature

Go to Sysconfig and search for Ticket::Frontend::ResponseFormat
