The install we have has a default pending time set to one day.
is it possible to change this default and if so where?

thanks for your quick response. I assume this config item Ticket:froontend:pendindifftime applies to all tickets?
is there a way to have different times per ticket type or service?

It's a default. Choose pending time different per ticket.
