FAQ module

Hi all,
is faq module part of the standard installation, or does that need to be installed separately? If so, where can I obtain it?
I was looking on relevant articles in OTRS documentation, but it didn't shed much light on the matter.
Will be grateful for any response.

just install it via Package Manager in Admin Frontend

I used the Package Manager to install the FAQ module: but it was incomplete.

The following files are listed as missing:

var/httpd/htdocs/js/yui-image-uploader-faq.js
var/packagesetup/FAQ.pm
doc/en/FAQ.pdf
doc/de/FAQ.pdf

Where can I find these files? I have searched the rest of OS and can't find them.

Any ideas?

run the SetPermissions Script and reinstall the FAQ via package manager
