Hi,
I am trying to reply a ticket. My otrs installation is on windows xp. This is the error after clicking submit on Reply Ticket window:

What does your log say?
Have you configured your e-mail settings, especially the SMTP settings?

OTRS 3.0.7 with MySQL on Windows server 2003 r2 server with AD integration for customers.

Yes I was able to send an email right after installation. After that, above error occurs.
