I have been searching on this and cannot seem to find a definite answer. In the poster master filter if I enter the following
Filter Condition: From => .*example.com
Subject or Body => (keyword)
Set Email Headers: X-OTRS-FollowUp-Queue => SomeQueue
Will this filter messages from the sender into a queue on condition that the Subject or Body contains the word in parenthesis?

Re: Postmaster Filter with keywords in subject or body
I have one keyword that is hyphenated, for example safe-way. I tried using the filter using (safe-way) in the subject but it doesn't seem to work properly. Does the hyphen cause issues with the expression?

if you're typing it, \ escape it safe\-way ... because otherwise it means efgh...uvw

Re: Postmaster Filter with keywords in subject or body
So basically under subject or body it would be (Safe\-way) for the filter? Forgive me as I am not as familiar with using these expressions.
