move ticket to another queue automatically

Hi there,

Can someone please help me with moving a ticket that comes from a certain user from queue A and automatically move to queue B?
Is this possible?

Yes, either via generic agent or postmasterfilter.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Hi Crythias,

Is there a way to have a condition on a ticket that belong to a certain company/department go to queue A or queue B?

With Postmaster filters, you can setup filter on "from" address for example
Produktiv:
OTRS 6.0.13/ ITSM 6.0.13
OS: SUSE Linux (SLES 12, Leap), MySql 5.5.x, 5.6.x

Thanks wolfganf,

the email domain is the same i.e user1@x.com and user2@x.com. I need to able to filter on other fields and not email i.e depart or customerid etc.
