Update auf 2.4.10

Liebe Freunde,

Vorsicht beim Upgrade - leider ist ein Bug in den Installations-Scripten von OTRS und ITSM immer noch nicht gelöst:

- Anpassungen in den startup Scripten (z.B: apache2-perl-startup.pl) werden überschrieben
- Einstellungen an den TicketTypen (valid, not valid) werden wieder überschrieben
- der "Back" Link in AgentITSMConfigItemZoom funktioniert auch noch immer nicht (führt zum Editiermodus statt zur Liste)

Bugs seit längerer Zeit offen

OTRS 6.0.13/ ITSM 6.0.13
OS: SUSE Linux (SLES 12, Leap), MySql 5.5.x, 5.6.x
Windows 2012 AD Integration (agents and customers), Nagios integration (incidents, CMDB), Survey, TimeAccounting

von welcher Version hast Du ungegraded/upgedated?
Ist das ein Problem des Core- oder des ITSM-Upgrades?

Danke für die Details - gibt es für die verschiedenen Fehler/Probleme schon Einträge in der Bugtracking-Datenbank?

Von welcher ITSM-Version bist Du gekommen - eine 1.3.x?

(ITSM) das war bis jetzt noch bei jeder neuen Version so ;)
