I have the following problem. I have installed OTRS and want to know now. In addition I've now made an email to go all the tickets to. If a customer email me about his address to the email address a problem is to write ticket@test.de in otrs automatically create a ticket, but unfortunately I have no idea as to the functions. Maybe someone can help me there?

OTRS should be configured to fetch all the emails, which will remove them from the inbox, and for each one of those emails, it will create a ticket.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
