Package Manager errors [SOLVED]

I have installed a few packages via the admin panel and after a few tweaks I realized that my packages have errors

Is this a simple error meaning that the original package was altered ?? (we made very minor changes to the code) or does it mean something else?? Everything seems to be working fine except Notification issue that I am describing in the following post

If you change coe from files belonging to a package you''ll get this error as you "destroyed" the package

Ok so in this case it's a normal error as I did change code intentionally

If I reinstall packages it will overwrite my changes correct??

Hi!
After editing files - AgentTicketZoom.dtl and CustomerTicketZoom.dtl to change the display of some tickets attributes - i have a message - ITSMIncidentProblemManagement 3.0.3 - Package not correctly deployed! Please reinstall the package.
Does this mean that Ican not do it, or how to do it correctly to avoid errors.
