Hello all,
I'm having this issue where OTRS doesn't want to send email replies back to the users.
I'm receiving the following error:
Backend ERROR: OTRS-CGI-10 Perl: 5.10.1 OS: linux Time: Fri Jun 10 15:13:43 2011 Message: Impossible to send message to: "CUSTOMER NAME"<CUSTOMER EMAIL> . Traceback (1023): Module: Kernel::System::Ticket::Article::ArticleSend (v1.274) Line: 2042 Module: Kernel::Modules::AgentTicketCompose::Run (v1.124.2.3) Line: 525 Module: Kernel::System::Web::InterfaceAgent::Run (v1.58.2.1) Line: 853 Module: /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/index.pl (v1.89.2.1) Line: 46
I tried looking around with no success and am still clueless about the error.
Thanks

Re: Problem Sending Email Replies [SOLVED]
I don't know if I solved this the right way, but I solved this issue by editing the default OTRS mail account.
I noticed the FROM field when I replied to a customer was set to "otrs@localdomain" instead of my email address. I simply changed this to reflect my email and everything worked again.
Thanks for your help.
