Hi all
there's a way to change the default (after login) agent page from dashboard (Action=AgentDashboard) to queue view (Action=AgentTicketQueue)

Performing a search in the otrs sysconfig revealed Ticket->Frontend::Agent
Searching in there revealed Frontend::CommonParam###Action
Changing that to: AgentTicketQueue
???
