disable ticket generation number

Hi

I'd configurated the fetch mail in otrs. How can I disable the ticket automatic generation?

I prefer assign manually the ticket in specific messages.

Eh?

You want OTRS to fetch mail from the server, but not automatically create tickets?
OTRS: 3.0.9 & ITSM 3.0.4 - OS: Windows 7 - DB: MySQL - Heaps of random/useful hacks :)

Stop the inbound fetch.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Sorry, but the 75% of messages are valid requests from our clients, but the rest of messages doesn't by many reasons.

We receive a lot of messages daily. How can the agent approve a message like a ticket?

thats not possible. You can move the SPAM Tickets to a special Queue (like Junk or SPAM) and delete them via Generic Agent
