how to create new queue

Can anyone help me???
How to add the queue when we want to create a new ticket?
There are just junk, misc, postmaster, and raw.
I want to submit a new ticket to the account email itteam.
Then all the Staff IT can receive an email for new ticket requests .

go to admin page -> click the queue -> click Add queue
