Hi all,
there is the possibility to send an email when a new internal-note are added? I mean to all the agents inside a queue or to the agent that open the specific phone-ticket.

You might be successful using a Notification Event.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Done for responsible, but not for agents inside specific queue (that has their preferences that say to receive the email)

According to Notification (Event), you can send to Agent (All with write Permissions)
