Hi All,
I seem to be having a problem accessing the package manager. I went ahead and disabled the SELinux but I am still getting the error as follows:
ERROR: Need write permission in OTRS home
Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/SetPermissions.pl !!!
I am trying to get to the package manager in order to be able to use the iphone app. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

and did you run the SetPermissions.pl?Try: $OTRS_HOME/bin/SetPermissions.pl !!!

ok started to run SetPermissions.pl but since im somewhat new to Ubuntu/linux im not really sure how to set the permissions for the admin user in order to access the package manager. Sry for being such a pain
