Any one have idea or tips of change ticket owner when agent followup via email?

Create an ArticleCreate event handler. If you want more details, you should describe your scenario more detailed...

My case:

when agent reply the ticket #2011082610000122 via email, this ticket owner will auto change to this agent.

Agents should not be able to respond to tickets via email. It's not safe to do that.
