Hi

I want to change subject of email agent notification from " [Ticket#2011092210000028] You have information about the ticket! (abc)" to "(abc) [Ticket#2011092210000028] "

just go to admin page -> agent notification -> click Agent::newticket-> go to subject change it become " (abc) <OTRS_TICKET_TicketNumber> "
fedora 5.0, OTRS 3.0.6

I would like to change the format of the subject of notification

from [Ticket#2011092210000028] You have information about the ticket! (abc)"

to "[2011092210000028] You have information about the ticket! (abc)"

ie I would like to remove the word "ticket" from the subject.

How this can be done?
OTRS 4.0.19/6.0.26, openSUSE 12, MySQL 5.5
