Hi all,
I installed the 3.0.10 version of OTRS help desk. the installation went smoothly. When I log in as root @ localhost and proceed to create a new agent after completing the information correctly, I get a message box informing you that one or more errors and points in the email field, which is required . It is worth noting that information is entered correctly (eg jdoe@example.com).
What possible problem could be a bug in the system or configuration problem?
