Displaying custom column in QueueView(S)

Hi

We have a setup where OTRS connects to an external DB for sync of customer data - we have also added two new fields in the database, and the mapping to it
The sync works fine and everything is displayed properly

The next thing is:
I want to have those to custom fields displayed as columns in QueueView small, and I have found out that it (might) be in AgentTicketOverviewSmall (for the small overview) is where we should add this?

However, when I add in the fields - using http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=62&t=10545 as a source, nothing happens (i.e. there is no data displayed, even if the fields are populated when I look at the customer)

Can anyone give me an idea how to sort this out?
