Hello,
I want to know how to display our Custom States in Agent Menu so that I can change the Ticket State manually.
If anyone knows please help me

If they're valid, they should show up. If you added State Types and not states, they will not show up.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks but I need to know that if there is any possibilty to change the ticket State from Agent menu.Actually I have some Custom States and my system workflow depends on these states and I want to give an option to the agents to change Ticket Current State to any other state
