Ticket events changing Responsible

Hi Community

I have read through the tutorial posted here, http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=10090, and have created the files needed to use ticket events.

Now my problem is, my perl knowledge is extremely limited.

What I would like to achieve is the following using ticket events.
If a ticket changes queues, set the responsible to admin.

I know that I must use the TicketQueueUpdate event, but I have no clue how to structure my /kernel/system/ticket/event/eventmoduleposttemplate.pm file to achieve this.

Any assistance from the community would be greatly appreciated.
