Re: Upgrading new version 3.0.7 to 3.0.11
OTRS is installed with a tar and not RPM, which is easier for the future to upgrade?
Maybe switch to a release based which uses RPM is easier?
For instance : Opensuse or Scientific Linux, CentOS?
I Want to install new versions on seperate directories with version number, but when using an RPM it should be easier, I presume?
