I have set a postmaster mail account (gmail) to perform the management of the OTRS emails. Even though the system seemed to work just fine, today that I had an email/ticket overload from customers and agents, I kept getting the following error in my system log:
FACILITY: OTRS-PostMasterMailbox.pl-10
MESSAGE: Can't send to 'blah-blah@blah-blah': 4524.3.2 Connection rate limit exceeded
The above action happened a number of times today, in a non-systematic way and the tickets were not delivered.
Could you please help me???
