Open Ticket Customer Interface

Hi all,
when i log on to the customer interface (as an agent or as a customer) I can't see only closed ticket, not open.
If I search the ticket number, I can see and read the ticket correctly.

Any suggestion?

other info:
i can see the open ticket in company ticket but not in my ticket (obviusly the ticket is mine)

on the admin side, you should make sure the ticket is actually attached to a customer (you) instead of simply an email address. If there is a difference between the username and the email address, you'll want to rectify this in Config.pm
