Solved: Purge CMDB

This relates to my post here: http://forums.otrs.org/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=12768

Assuming I have somehow corrupted our CMDB, how would I purge the entire CMDB (CI definitions, CIs, everything)? I am prepared to uninstall and re-install OTRS::ITSM if this is possible without affecting the core OTRS database of tickets.

just deinstall the CMDB Package
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

This would work, except that we have made our own changes to some of the files.

Copied the files, re-installed package and then copied the files back. Thanks.
