Is it possible to have "dynamic" email for customer? i.e.to have different tickets associated with the same customer but with different email adresses. Or even is it possible to have a ticket associated to more than one customer email adress, so as to have both of them receive notifications?
I'm asking because in my scenario a "customer" may be asociated with more than one person....

The customer can have the same customerID and different emails.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Thanks for the reply! that's exactly what I needed. Is there a way to show the customerid in the Customer information box, in the ticket view?
