Save index.pl when creating a new ticket

Hello,
Running OTRS 3.0.9 on RHEL 6.1. Its been working fine for a year or so until I recently upgraded our email server from Exchange 2003 to 2010. I adjusted the mail account mgmt (pop3 and pop3s)and sysconfig file to point to the new mail server and when I create new tickets I get a prompt from the browser to save index.pl file (tried both IE 8 and Firefox 8) but the ticket does get created. I'm 100% sure both POP3 and POP3s ports are working on mail server as I have other services that are using them; is there a linux module that needs to be installed in order for OTRS 3 to communicate with Exchange 2010?

did you check the OTRS log + Webserver log why the script fails?

OTRS log indicates its trying to send using the old mail server with error "can't connect to host x.x.x.x, no route to host!" I'm not sure where in the configuration I need to update with the new server. I adjusted "PostMaster Mail Acounts & Sysconfig > Framework::Core::Sendmail"

in my case, i don't use this setting, in fact leave it blank/untag (SendmailModule::Host: )
but I made sure, that mailserver on the box is configured correct

It's working now. I went into Sysconfig and reset the mail server and then added it back in and all is well now.
