Hi,
This is my situation...
I have created 20 agents...and assigned queues to the agents.In one queue it may contain two or three agents.If i move a ticket from one queue to another queue,all the agents responsible for that queue will receive the notification mail....But i want to move ticket to the agent who is free at the moment.Is it possible to move the ticket a particular agent in that group...

Yes. You can assign owner.

Queues are considered a bucket where tickets await being addressed by [types of] agents who are able to handle the tickets in the queue.
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Its works fine......

I need one more help....
Is there any possibility to change the "otrs/index.pl" from the url.And i want to replace it with my company name....Now it showing like "mycompanyname/otrs/index.pl"
i want to remove the "otrs/index.pl"

About your URL changes ..
Have a look into mod_rewrite - maybe that might work for you.

And using a subdomain like: support.mycompany.com would be an opportunity as wel.
