Hi All,

I just install the ORTS Helpdesk on Windows so how do i install ITSM?

download the .opm from www.otrs.com and install
Produktiv:
OTRS 6.0.13/ ITSM 6.0.13
OS: SUSE Linux (SLES 12, Leap), MySql 5.5.x, 5.6.x
Windows 2012 AD Integration (agents and customers), Nagios integration (incidents, CMDB), Survey, TimeAccounting

Hi,

How do i install this .opm ? Also now i got following two questions.

1. When the the staff send the it service desk request through outllok mail clinet can this insert to into OTRS?
2. How do i set the staff login and Helpdesk login using AD login?

Go to Admin => PacketManager and install your downloaded package.

@1) You either need to set up an MTA on your OTRS box, or you let OTRS connect to an external mailbox using POP3 or IMAP. See the OTRS doc for further details.
@2) Please read the documentation and search this forum. It is described very well a dozen of times.
