Hello,
I've looked through the OTRS Docs and forums for examples of utilizing Web Services.
In my environment I want to set up OTRS to consume a customer list from another server using SOAP or RESTful Web Services.
Cheers..

Re: Web Services utilization
We do have a SOAP addon. It has been developed by xxx for our certain environment.
With some coding experience it should not be too hard to take the DB or LDAP backends as a template and redesign them for SOAP or whatever.
