Hi Everyone,
On a centos6 system that has been running smoothly with no change in cofiguration for months, I get the message below when I try to access OTRS (the main page, or even inidividual ticket notifications that I have on email).
Permission denied at /opt/otrs//Kernel/System/Log.pm line 226.
Any suggestions?

where are you logging to? Syslog or to a file?

Logging to file.
By the way, the issue has since 'gone away'. I did exactly 2 things, and I don't know WHY this resolved the issue: I installed package updates, then restarted (the web interface became available then).
