Auto Ticket Generation[solved]
Hi
How to make OTRS fetch mail from a mailbox automatically and make it create a new ticket . Should i actually press the fetch mail button in Admin->Mailaccounts to create auto ticket everytime? Also i want to filter it so that any followup mail should not created as a new ticket , instead it should be updated in the original ticket. I am planning to use the ticket number in the subject to filter mail accordingly.

Thanks jojo . But i see that there is a issue with Cron not fetching mails . crontab.txt is empty
I use 3.0.8 in windows server. Please advice how to proceed or what to do to make it work correctly.

thats a known error on 3.0.8 and was fixd in 3.0.9
you should always use the latest patchlevel of your OTRS version (3.0.12) or the latest version of OTRS (3.1.3)
