FAQ 2.0.7

Hi,

We have installed the above FAQ module into OTRS 3.0.11 and it is working very well. A very simple question to answer I am sure - how do we change the example company support to our company name at the top of the public FAQ page?

I did change it in the framework.xml, it didn't make a difference and I may be barking up the wrong tree!!

Try to make your changes in Framework section of system administration - Admin ->SysConfig->Edit Config Settings in Framework -> Core->ProductName

I strongly recommend at first make your changes in OTRS configuration in Web SysConfig even if you know where it is in config files. It is more correct, since You may not know where this is reflected else
And as you've seen brings many benefits to the general knowledge of the system configuration. Exciting knowledge. Fun.
