Hello Group!
Yes, I am new to OTRS v3.1.5 and wish to add configuration items, populate the CMDB and be able to show the relationships, either in HTML5 or in a view/graph/report.
Can someone please advise the steps on how to accomplish this? Would this be solved by adding a module/package, as I am unable to see the Configuration Toolset in the Admin view.
Thanks,
David

Thanks for the info. I was able to locate "Feature Add-On: CustomerCI-Assignment" - but how do you download it and add that package?

I was unable to locate it. Can someone post the *.opm, so I can download it and add that package?
