Good morning staff,

and the next, I'm trying to use the OTRS here at the company but need to know if it does some things I need.

I have some routines that are monthly and would like to open your own OTRS ticket to the attendant at the specified date, the same warning, sending an email.

Ex: 23/06/2012 is the day to call the customer. after sales ...

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
