(SOLVED) QueueView displays only UNLOCKED tickets?

Is this correct? Am I not understanding something right?

Why do the tickets need to be unlocked into order to browse them through the queue view?

Queue View is only for the Tickets nobody works on, so it is correct to not show locked tickets.

For locked tickets you can use status view, search, dashboard
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
