Hey everybody,
actually i am migrating an old otrs 2.4.2 system to the newest version 3.1.7.
In the old one we had on a new ticket the current date and time in the subject.
i took the entry for that option from the old otrs and added that values in the new otrs system, but there i just receive "Datum, Uhrzeit" instead of 05.07.2012, 18:27.
What can i do to get this working?

Why put this in the subject? It's already in the header...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
