Hi Guys,
Having a bit of a issue, when someone locks a ticket it hides it from the queue view however other agents can still access it through the search/dashboard.
Is this standard functionality as I thought a locked ticket should be locked to that agent until finished.

Locking prevents just some actions like changing Queue, Anwering , changing priority
