Is there a way to edit the creation date?
The reason is I want the creation date to be the date when an incident is reported. From there I can know the actual timing from the incident get reported to resolve.
At the moment, the report is not very accurate as it is showing only from date the ticket is created to date the ticket resolved.

Thanks for the confirmation. I have created a Dynamic field called "Reported Date", and wondering if it is possible to calculate the SLA time based on reported time with SLA escalation time?

no, SLAs cn not calculated on dynamic fields
