You've enabled Customer Group Support?
And this customer isn't a member of the group that belongs to the interface...

Have any groups been added for any of the modules listed under:
Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration
Framework -> Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration
They should have no groups listed under 'Group' or 'Group RO' by default.

Yes, that was it!CSL wrote:Have any groups been added for any of the modules listed under:

There was a group listed under Ticket -> Frontend::Customer::ModuleRegistration
I've removed it and the customer is now bale to log in correctly.
Many thanks for your help!

No problem, glad that's got it.
I'd make sure to ask whoever set OTRS up why that group was there, just in case it's actually needed or necessary for some reason. Customer access should be controlled via the customer groups feature, so not sure why this would be, but you never know.
