Hello all!
I'm new to OTRS. We are trying to change the state of an email when it arrives so that it is "closed successful".
I've tried, and entered that as the syntax when creating a filter, but to no avail - it does not process the incoming email as "closed successful" state.
Can anybody provide some insight as to how to mark a ticket as closed when it comes in?

please show complete Mail and complete Filter. Is the Queue Part working? What is the log telling?
