I would like to add a column "responsible" in the queue/status overview page. I can do this with dynamic fields but can't find anyway to do this with a default field. Has anyone tried to do this?

Hi,

Actually I have a similar problem, I have created a dynamic field and use it during the creation of ticket, but I cannot see the fields when viewing the ticket. Another concern is that, does the newly created dynamic field will saved in the database ? Does it automatically create a new field in the DB ?

Not really similar.

You have to enable the fields in SysConfig for the screens you wish it to show.

If you use the Dynamic field creation utility in the web interface, it would stand to reason you're doing that to create a dynamic field "automatically", wouldn't it?
