Ticket printing issues

Hi all,

using 3.1.6, is it possible to print out multiple tickets? I can only find the option to print one ticket out at a time.

Also why does ticket printing not include the pictures contained within the ticket?

Printing from the browser is messy and does not necessarily print out the whole ticket especially if there are multiple notes/updates to the ticket that contain pictures.

If it's really not possible to simply print the whole ticket out in sequence then that must surely be a feature worth developing?

you can expand all articles in the HTML view and the use the print functionality of your browser...


This feature would be quite complex as the HTML needs to be rendered on PDF generation for displaying.

Ok for printing one ticket at a time, this is a good workaround. Thanks
