Is it posible to send have different subject in mail when sending email to customer?
For example:
when ticket is reseived by otrs subject would be: Ticket ##### received
when someone take ticket it would be: Ticket ##### work started
when ticket is solved it would be: Ticket ##### solved
email notification to customer
