after upgrade to 3.1.10 - cannot create ticket/change owner

Hi,

After upgrade we hase strange problem with out OTRS. We cannot create any ticket (email, phone) or change ticket owner from web interface - after filling all necesary fields, we go with save, the page "refreshes" and nothing happens - no change is done/no new ticket is created?
There is no signs of errors in system log

Does anyone have a clue what is going on?

Solved :) the problem is with migrated freetext fields (from 3.0.x). After removing all freetext references from sysconfig all the functionality is back.

But what happend to your previous freetexts?? Did you loose all the fields?
OTRS V 3.0.7 Windows 2008 x64 going for 3.1.7
OTRS 3.1.12 on LINUX UBUNTU SERVER

I had to delete all freetext fields - hopefully we didn't used them.

were having the same issues but i cannot delete the freetext field since im sure it was used already.
any alternative?

there's going to be at least some sort or http error.log information...
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

I plan to upgrade from 3.0.10 to 3.1.9 but I worry about the error after migration. There are no official document from OTRS guide to do this (in windows).
